Jonathan Mitchell, PhD, MSc is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania.   He is also a Director of the Digital Health Innovation Core and the Pediatric Sleep and Circadian Research Affinity Group at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. His lab includes the Unit for Energetic Behavior Research that conducts multidisciplinary epidemiological studies, and the Unit for Optimizing Behavioral Interventions that uses the Multiphase Optimization Strategy framework to design digital interventions to improve energetic behavior profiles in childhood.


Rebecca Schubert, MS, RDN, NBC-HWC is the owner of One Step Nutrition Coaching, a telehealth-based private practice in New Hampshire. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a passion for human behavior and a mission to empower individuals to optimize their well-being. 
She has presented to healthcare professionals, corporate teams, and academic institutions on topics including long-term behavior change, values-based coaching, and sustainable weight loss strategies.

Beryl Krinsky, MBA, MS, RDN, LDN is a successful Entrepreneur and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master of Science in Food Science and a Master of Business Administration in Food Marketing.  Beryl had over 10 years of corporate experience prior to launching, B.Komplete, a Corporate Wellness Firm that offers holistic well-being services for corporations.  Beryl proudly employs a team of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, Yoga and Pilates Instructors, Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Acupuncturists, who bring the business services to life.
