Aida Miles, EdD, MMsc, RDN, LD, FAND is associate professor of pediatrics at the University of Alabama Birmingham School of Medicine.
Dr. Miles’s pediatric nutrition expertise spans three decades and has focused primarily on child and adolescent obesity, nutrition challenges of children with disabilities, and pediatric feeding and eating disorders.
Dr. Miles has held many leadership roles within the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is the current Editor in Chief of the Academy’s Pediatric Nutrition Care Manual; and a board member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Foundation.

Laurie McBride, MS, RD, CSOWM, NBC-HWC is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management, and Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She has spent her career as a dietitian helping patients of all ages with weight loss and long-term weight management. This includes working in pediatric weight management programs, working as a lead bariatric dietitian, a bariatric surgery program coordinator, and working with patients taking GLP-1 medications in a virtual weight management clinic. Laurie has a passion for providing positive and compassionate care to every individual that is free from stigma and prioritizes whole person health.

Danielle Kronmuller-Harvey, DHSC, RDN, LDN is an Assistant Professor of Nutrition at West Chester University, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in nutrition and dietetics. A passionate educator, Dr. Kronmuller-Harvey is known for her use of interactive, skills-based learning strategies that connect scientific concepts to practical applications in health care, foodservice, and community settings. She is actively researching recruitment and retention strategies to strengthen the pipeline of diverse students in nutrition programs. Her work reflects a deep commitment to student success, professional development, and sustainable change in dietetics.
