Ashely Heinrich, MS, RDN, LD with her family

Ashley Heinrich, MS, RDN, LD is a Registered Dietitian, a PhD candidate in Human Nutrition at The University of Alabama, and a Translational Science T32 research trainee with The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her research focuses on food behaviors and food choice among adults with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and caregivers of adults with TBI. Ashley enjoys teaching all aspects of nutrition and states she is fortunate to have taught several different courses like introduction to nutrition, nutrition counseling, and introduction to nutrition research. In her spare time you might find her at a national park with my family, on the ball fields watching her kids, or paddle boarding on a local body of water.

  1. Go to the NEHP home page at:  www.nehp.eatrightpro.org
  2. Click Login at the upper right of the home page. Use your Academy login and password.
  3. Click the drop down arrow next to your picture and choose the Communities button. If you do not have a picture, you can add one by going to your Profile. 
  4. In the list of communities you belong to, scroll to DPG51 NEHP and click the Discussions button to the right.
  5. Click Post New Message and write your message just as you would with an email.
  6. Click post at the bottom when you are ready to send to NEHP members.
