
Ashley Heinrich, MS, RDN, LD is a Registered Dietitian, a PhD candidate in Human Nutrition at The University of Alabama, and a Translational Science T32 research trainee with The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her research focuses on food behaviors and food choice among adults with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and caregivers of adults with TBI. Ashley enjoys teaching all aspects of nutrition and states she is fortunate to have taught several different courses like introduction to nutrition, nutrition counseling, and introduction to nutrition research. In her spare time you might find her at a national park with my family, on the ball fields watching her kids, or paddle boarding on a local body of water.
