Since 1980, the USDA and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) have released the Dietary Guidelines for Americans (DGAs) every five years. With the 2025-2030 guidelines underway, the presenter will discuss the process involved in the creation of the DGAs and debunk common myths surrounding the process. In addition, highlights from the 2025-2030 DGA Committee Report.
