    Hello FCP DPG members,

    It's time to submit your Cook's Corner entries for the Spring 2026 issue of the FCP Tastings Newsletter! This edition's theme is Protein: Myth Busting.

    All recipes are welcome, but if you'd like to align with the theme, consider submitting one that features the creative use of plant proteins or emphasizes the amount of protein per serving needed for the average healthy adult.

    Your submission should include:

    1. The recipe
    2. Nutrition Analysis
    3. A photo of the dish
    4. Your headshot
    5. A brief bio
