It's been >20 years since I was in a clinical environment doling out education to a patient being discharged with a wired jaw. I no longer do clinical work but today I'm finding myself helping a family friend with a son who survived a motorcycle vs. truck accident.
Is anyone aware of any good, current resources for preparing nutrient-rich liquid meals that don't taste terrible? I am aware that cottage cheese is having a moment.
