Thank you to all involved, this is a great resource and roadmap! While USDA is noted in other sections, wondering why NSLP regulations are not included here for child nutrition programs in hospitality?

Congratulations to the authors and contributors to the Standards and Code of Practice. We have come a very long way in establishing our importance in the realm of professional practice. This document is a master work in compiling and identifying the proficiencies that we offer. The range of proficiencies is awesome and perhaps daunting. I urge practitioners to choose a lane that is most interesting and available to them to achieve excellence aim practice. Only in aggregate will we meet all of the levels of proficiency identified in this document.

FCP is thrilled to announce the publication of the NEW Scope and Standards of Practice for RDNs in Food and Culinary.
Access the document here: Scope and Standards in Food and Culinary.pdf
This has been a 2+ collaborative initiative with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and is the first time food and culinary has a scope and standards.
We'll be scheduling virtual informational sessions soon to talk about the resource.
