Bio

Valaree Williams MS, RD, CSO, CNSC, FAND  works at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.  Much of her experience is focused in team leadership as well as medical nutrition therapy for cancer and gastrointestinal surgeries. Valaree has worked at top-rated academic medical centers across the country. 
She serves in several volunteer roles for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is a commissioner for the Commission on Dietetic Registration.  Additionally, she served as the chair-elect for ASPEN’s Oncology Section and has contributed to textbooks on nutrition for patients with cancer.  
Valaree received a Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed her dietetic internship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian-Shadyside and obtained her Master of Health Sciences degree from Chatham University.
