QUIZ - CPE Certificate coming soon!

This webinar will provide attendees with an introduction to the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goal Zero Hunger (UN SDG #2), including its different targets and indicators.  An outline for a proposed course on Zero Hunger will be discussed, and participant feedback will be requested. The proposed course on Zero Hunger will allow students to explore both theoretical and practical approaches to ending hunger, achieving food security and improved nutrition, and promoting sustainable agriculture. The proposed course will be highly interactive and participatory. Teaching strategies include critical reflection on real-world case studies and two course projects, consisting of organizing a solidarity campaign to achieve Zero Hunger (launched on World Food Day, October 16, 2026) and hosting an Oxfam Hunger Banquet. A final project will require students to work in small groups to develop a Zero Hunger roadmap for a city, state, or country applying a right to adequate food and nutrition framework.
