Val Warner, MS, RD, CSSD, CPT, is a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness Coach, and owner of Wellness by Val LLC. With dual bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and Nutrition & Dietetics and a master’s in Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine, Val combines her expertise in performance nutrition, functional health, and fitness to help women thrive through every stage of motherhood.

Her private practice specializes in prenatal care, postpartum recovery, core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, hormone balance, and sustainable strength and nutrition strategies for busy moms. Val’s integrative, science-based approach helps women rebuild strength, restore energy, and feel confident in their bodies—without rigid dieting or burnout.

In addition to her private practice, Val hosts the Strong & Nourished Momma podcast, where she shares practical, evidence-based nutrition and fitness strategies to empower moms to feel strong, nourished, and energized in daily life.
