Analy has been deeply involved with Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine (DIFM) since her student days and now serves as a registered dietitian with a passion for culturally rooted approaches to nutrition. Her interest in integrative and functional medicine began with the recognition of its diverse cultural origins, particularly within Latino and Indigenous communities.
She was awarded the Outstanding Student award for DIFM in 2023. Is the new Podcast host for DIFM's Podcast, Integrative IDEA in Dietetics.
Based in Omaha, Nebraska, she is an active member of the policy board for the Nebraska Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her work spans a variety of practice areas, including clinical pediatrics, wellness, gut health, community nutrition, food allergies, building a nourishing relationship with food, nutrition & wellness programs, and private practice, always with a focus on culturally responsive care.
