1. If you are replying while logged in to the NEHP website, click "Reply to Discussion" to send your message to the entire community or "Reply to Sender" to reply privately to the original sender; both links are, located in the gray column at the right. (We recommend replying to the sender for simple comments that add little value to the overall discussion; and replying to the entire community when you are sharing knowledge, experience or resources that others could benefit from.)
2. You can also reply from your email account by replying directly from the email notification you receive without having to log in to the community website. Simply click on the "Reply to Discussion" link in the column at the right and type in your message.

1. Go to your NEHP Profile.
2. Select Community Notifications under "My Account".
3. Under “Discussion Email:” click ‘add override addresses.’
4. Enter the email where you would like your discussion boards to be sent.
5. Select the correct discussion board.
6. Click ‘Save.’

3. Change your discussion board preferences.
   • Real Time: Receive a nearly instantaneous email each time someone posts a new discussion or a reply in this community. 
   • Daily Digest: Receive a single email compiling all of the NEHP discussion posts from the previous day.
     • This is the default setting configured for NEHP members.
   • No Email: Opt out of the NEHP discussion board emails.
