Musherifa Sungbawiera Amadu, Mphil food science and technology (student) is a licensed nutritionist and scientist from Ghana with expertise in food standards, quality assurance, and public health nutrition. She serves at the Ghana Standards Authority’s Standards Directorate, where she supports the development and promotion of national food and agriculture standards.
Musherifa is the founder of DietArray, a wellness initiative providing culturally relevant nutrition consulting, chronic disease management, and community education. She is a Global Peace Ambassador, Voice for Rights Ambassador, and Femme Lex Ambassador ’24, with a strong commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals particularly SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 3 (Good Health & Well-being), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
A member of the Ghana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and an International Student Member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Musherifa combines scientific expertise with advocacy to advance nutrition security, food safety, and health equity
