Bio

I’m an innovative and collaborative Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist dedicated to advancing population health through outcomes-focused interventions and programs. Currently, I'm honored to serve as a program lead for nutrition security initiatives within a non-profit health system to develop whole-person care pathways that increase access to healthy food and nutrition care as vital components of healthcare delivery and chronic disease prevention and treatment.

Drawing on my experience as a product designer in population health and as a clinician in inpatient and outpatient settings, I have a proven track record of collaborating with internal and external partners to design and implement initiatives that drive meaningful change. With over 10 years of experience in clinical and community settings, I specialize in bridging nutrition expertise with quality improvement initiatives to reduce diet-related disparities and enhance health outcomes. My project leadership and stakeholder engagement background allow me to create sustainable solutions with measurable impact.

I’m deeply committed to cross-sector initiatives that strengthen healthcare and food systems and expand the reach and effectiveness of nutrition programs serving patients, communities, and organizations. I've seen firsthand how healthcare organizations can positively influence the food and nutrition environment and am excited about the opportunity to contribute to our collective goals.

Beyond my professional work, food and nutrition have always been a cornerstone of connection in my life. From cooking with others as a child to helping build a community food garden today, I believe in the power of food to foster care, belonging, and well-being. My personal mission is to cultivate compassionate connections through food to nourish individuals and communities.
