Bio

I’m a Food Enjoyment Activist, Dietitian, French-trained Chef & Habits Guide helping people build healthy habits, enjoy food and eat well on busy days through nutrition-health events, group training, speaking and online courses.

I combine my culinary training, nutrition-behavior change expertise and improv comedy work in creating outreaches, events and programs for trade associations, health organizations, corporations, medical schools, culinary schools and colleges.

My culinary background includes experience as a chef, research chef, food consultant and culinary instructor with expertise in flavor-sensory applications, meal ideation and teaching nutrition-health professionals. 

My healthcare experience includes managing chronic disease programs, a medical school’s health center and hospital and specialty physician networks.

I’m graduate of ASU, U of A, FSU, Le Cordon Bleu, Paris and the Hautes Etudes du Gout (Institute in Advanced Studies of Taste) in France. For fun, I do improv comedy and periodic shows at a local improv comedy theatre.
