Christina M. Rollins, MBA, MS, RDN, LDN, FAND, CNSC, is a nationally recognized dietitian, speaker, and healthcare leader with deep expertise in clinical nutrition, health system operations, and cancer care. She currently serves as Finance Administrator for the Department of Surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and as Fractional Chief Operating Officer of F-U Cancer, a digital health platform and podcast supporting cancer patients and caregivers. Christina is the host of both the F-U Cancer Podcast and the DNS Podcast, which together have reached nearly 50,000 views and downloads. A former Chair of the Commission on Dietetic Registration and past Chair of the Dietitians in Nutrition Support practice group, she now serves on the Board of Directors for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as Treasurer. Christina has received numerous awards and grants, including the ASPEN Distinguished Nutrition Support Service Award and the Academy’s IDEA Promotion and Dietetics Communication Awards. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a passionate advocate for advancing diversity, access, and innovation in the profession.
