Manju is the owner of Nutritionally Yours LLC, a private practice specializing in personalized nutritional coaching with an emphasis on integrative and functional nutrition, weight management, and corporate wellness cooking demonstrations. She brings more than 25 years of expertise across acute care clinical nutrition, outpatient oncology consulting, public health education, and community nutrition.
A recognized leader in her field, Manju is an active member of the North Carolina Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and holds memberships in multiple dietetic practice groups and member interest groups. She is a past chair of the Academy's Asian Indians in Nutrition and Dietetics member interest group and has served on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation. She also served as the Academy's Treasurer in 2018–2019 and as Leadership Cultivation Director for the CV-Well Dietetic Practice Group. She currently serves as Chair of the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine (DIFM) Dietetic Practice Group.
Manju's contributions to the profession have been widely recognized. She was selected in 2012 as one of the Academy's four national Diversity Leaders and has received numerous honors, including the Outstanding Leader Award from Dietitians in Business and Communications (2025), the Excellence in Service Award from the DIFM Dietetic Practice Group (2021), and the North Carolina Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' Outstanding Dietitian of the Year Award (2018).
Committed to her community, Manju has been a longtime volunteer with Meals on Wheels and was inducted into Cooking Matters' Hall of Fame in 2016 in recognition of teaching more than 15 nutrition education series for low-income populations. She also serves in leadership roles on several area nonprofit boards.
Manju holds a degree from SNDT Women's University in Pune, India, and a master's degree from the University of Kentucky.
