Tara O’Connell is a Home Infusion Dietitian with Advocate Home Health Services in Downers Grove, IL, where she coordinates comprehensive nutrition support for patients across the upper Illinois region. She collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to manage clinical care and billing processes while providing oversight for enteral and parenteral therapies. Tara’s commitment to patient care and safety is central to her practice, ensuring evidence-based interventions and proactive monitoring for optimal outcomes.
