Chair 
Donna Belcher, EdD, MS, RD, LDN, CDCES, CNSC, FAND

Donna Belcher is the Assistant Director, Clinical Nutrition at the Massachusetts General Hospital and MGH for Children in Boston, MA.  She manages approximately 30 nutrition professionals, has numerous publications, and has worked in a variety of locations and settings for over 20 years all northeast of the Mississippi River.  Donna completed her B.S. at University of Vermont; holds M.S. from University of Massachusetts, Amherst; Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University; and dietetic internship at Tulane University, School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine.


Chair Elect
Renee Welsh, MS, RD, LD, CNSC

Renee is currently the Senior Director of Nutrition for the Center for Human Nutrition at the Cleveland Clinic. Prior to taking this role she had been the Clinical Nutrition Manager and Lead Dietitian for the Nutrition Support Team for four years. Before transitioning into leadership roles, Renee's clinical area of practice was critical care nutrition for over nine years.

Past-Chair
Whitney Duddey, MHA, RD, LD, FAND

Whitney Duddey is a Nutrition Therapy Clinical Manager at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. In this role, she works directly with the Nutrition and Dietetics Technicians, Registered and the Human Milk and Formula Center. Her passion is supporting the people/processes that provide direct patient care. Whitney has more than ten years of nutrition management experience. Whitney is an enthusiastic volunteer with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a proud mom to two boys.

Arrianna Johnson, RD, LD

Arrianna Johnson, a Division Director of Clinical Support with Morrison Healthcare is based out of Dallas/Fort Worth, TX & supports facilities across the south. With a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Mayo Clinic internship in Jacksonville, Florida, Arrianna brings nearly two decades of nutrition expertise. She previously volunteered on the CNM DPG Professional Development Committee and as a State Regulatory Specialist. Balancing work and family, Arrianna embraces life in TX!

Treasurer
Carrie Smith, MS, RD, CSP, LD

Carrie Smith is a registered dietitian and clinical manager at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in General Dietetics and Master’s Degree in Community Nutrition from Eastern Kentucky University. Carrie has been a dietitian for over 20 years and has been a part of multiple research/quality improvement projects as well as an author, co-author, or reviewer on a number of articles and book chapters. 



Delegate
Barbara Lusk, MFCS, RD, LDN, FAND

Barbara Lusk is the Clinical Nutrition Manager and Director of the Dietetic Internship Program at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. She has worked in a variety of settings and locations in her over 20 years' career in dietetics. Barb currently serves as the Delegate to the Academy HOD for the CNM DPG. She previously served as the QPI Subunit Vice Chair, the CNM DPG's Chair-Elect, Chair, and Past Chair, and was on the Quality & Research Committee.


Nominating Committee Chair
Daya Cherian, MS, RD, CSO, LD, CNSC

Daya is a clinical nutrition manager for Sodexo at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, overseeing 4 facilities across Oklahoma. She has 14 years of acute care experience. She is a Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition and a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. She has presented at the poster sessions for the 2023 and 2024 CNM Symposiums, 2024 OKAND Spring Convention, 2024 FNCE, and a clinical engagement presentation on Refeeding Syndrome for Sodexo dietitians nationally. To balance her work, she enjoys spending her time with family, reading, and yoga.
