    Hello FCP DPG members,

    It's time to submit your Cook's Corner entries for the Winter 2026 issue of the FCP Tastings Newsletter! This edition's theme is AI, and the working title for our CPEU article is "Embracing Artificial Intelligence in Dietetics" by Brandon R. McFadden, Ph.D., Professor and Tyson Endowed Chair in Food Policy Economics.

    All recipes are welcome, but if you'd like to align with the theme, consider submitting one that features an appropriate use of AI.

    Your submission should include:

    1. The recipe
    2. Nutrition Analysis
    3. A photo of the dish
    4. Your headshot
    5. A brief bio
