DPG46 Food and Culinary Professionals (FCP)

Hi FCP DPG members! 

It's time to submit Cook's Corner entries for the Fall 2025 issue of the FCP Tastings newsletter. This edition's theme is seed oils, and the working title for our CPEU article is "The Story Behind Seed Oils: Criticism, Claims, and Scientific Consensus." All recipes are welcome, but if you'd like to align with the theme, consider submitting one that features a creative use of fats. 

All FCP members are welcome to submit a recipe. Please email me (gabriellaeballa@gmail.com) with any submissions or questions on or before Friday, September 12th!

Your submission should include:

1. The recipe (guidelines attached)
2. Nutrition analysis
3. Photo of the dish
4. Your headshot
5. A short bio
