  • Webinar: The PCOS Puzzle: Integrating Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, and Hormone Tracking for Precision

    Tuesday, February 24, 2026, 12:00 PM - 01:30 PM ET

This webinar is designed for dietitians who want to feel confident, competent, and clinically grounded when working with PCOS, not just following generic advice, but truly understanding what’s driving different symptoms in each individual. You’ll learn how to identify the 5 key different PCOS phenotypes, recognize common misdiagnoses and “look-alike” conditions, and connect symptoms to underlying patterns like insulin resistance, stress physiology, inflammation, and ovulatory dysfunction. Through real clinical cases, we’ll walk step-by-step through assessment, lab interpretation, and practical decision-making so you can move from confusion to clarity. You’ll gain tools you can use immediately in practice—how to individualize nutrition strategies, thoughtfully incorporate herbal and supplement support, and use cycle and hormone tracking to guide care over time. This session bridges theory and real-world application, helping you build confidence, sharpen your clinical reasoning, and expand your scope when supporting patients with PCOS.

    Approved for 1.5 CPEUs.
