We’ll visit Dublin, its vibrant capital; explore the harbor town of Kinsale, its culinary capital, and on to bohemian Galway. Rugged Connemara, the historic city of Cork, and the storybook village of Adare, considered to be Ireland’s most picturesque, are all on the menu.

On this journey, we’ll learn about Ireland’s foodways, regional ingredients, and time-honored techniques. And sip its famed libations! Artisan producers will share the history, their passion, and evolving approaches to nutrition and sustainability. We’ll learn the deep connection between Ireland’s land, sea, and table.
