Sports and Human Performance Nutrition (SHPN) Public Library

Paula is an Associate Professor Nutrition and Epidemiology at Boston University where she specializes on eating disorders treatment and prevention, eating disorders in sport, child health promotion, and dietary patterns and cardiometabolic disease. She has been a member of the Academy for over 35 years and was the 2023-24 SHPN DPG Chair.  Participants learned about her wealth of knowledge in dietetics and leadership for the growth of the dietetics profession.
