This presentation will introduce participants to the importance of relational leadership, story telling and the value of workplace struggles. Struggle is not a four-letter word and can provide valuable lessons. The speakers will use short personal stories about their workplace struggles and illustrate that courageous leaders use self-reflection to regain balance, illuminate blind spots, and ultimately transcend conflict and seek success in their career. The presenters will guide participants to focus on Success Thinking (an over focus on moving up/raises/rewards) to Significant Thinking (a focus on the impact toward individual, department and organization success).
