Conflict Resolution

Working with others always presents a challenge, and when you are in a volunteer organization there is the opportunity for passionate conversations to escalate to conflict. This session will focus on identifying potential for conflict and how to mitigate those situations as well as how to address conflict when it arises. Empower your leaders to conduct productive conversations to keep volunteer efforts on the common goal to move the affiliate forward.
