Hi!  We have been using Point Click Care to do our meal tickets for our long term care facility.  However, last year we were warned that the nutrition side of Point Click Care was being phased out. We were told that Meal Suites would be the company to transition into.  Last year we contacted them and started training but then ran into a snafoo with our printing and since then it has been radio silence.  We went at least 4 months with no response to our questions.  I am just wondering if anyone else who uses/used Point Click Care was told that and if anyone has successfully transitioned into using Meal Suites.

    Hello,

We have transitioned 5 of our communities to Mealsuite this year. They have been very responsive in answering our questions. They have added reports and assisted with menu development. We did go through trainings with the the Mealsuite team that were very helpful.

There are other programs that you could look into as well, like DiningRD. If you have any specific mealsuite questions, feel free to reach out.

We use Meal Suite but transitioned to Meal Tracker. I was told the company was sold and part of agreement was no new accounts.

Carla, we still use PCC/Nutrition Manager tray cards. We have not checked in with PCC in over a year, and they said they would give us a one-year notice before switching to another application. We have had training from PCC on Mealtime Suites and another company; can't remember which one though. Our client decided to wait for the notice before moving forward with a change. Hope this helps.
