Lisa Jones is the 2014 recipient of the Outstanding Dietitian Award from the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the highest honor bestowed upon a Pennsylvania Dietitian. Lisa Jones serves on the Medical Review Board for U.S. News and is an Advisory Board member for Consultant360.com. Sha has also written articles for various news outlets and is a contributing author to the book, Communicating Nutrition: The Authoritative Guide. Lisa Jones is the podcast host of Consultant360.com’s, “Nutrition411: The Podcast.” Lisa is also a TEDx speaker.

Lisa Jones worked as a training manger for a food service division at a School District in Pennsylvania, as one of her first jobs where she quickly realized that the men and women, she was training were lacking engagement and understanding. Her immediate reaction was to change her way and use some of her earlier childhood understanding for gamification and humor when she learned about the powerful connection created by playing and laughing together. Lisa Jones’ mission is to help create meaningful connections together and leverage creative solutions to interpersonal communication in the workplace.

Over the past year, many of us have had to make major shifts in the way we do business. Sonja received her B.S. from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina and her M.A. in Organizational Communication from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is currently a mentor within the International Mentoring Association Gold Accredited Elmhurst University Center for Professional Excellence Mentoring Program, a Guest Lecturer for Dominican University teaching nutrition communications, and an Adjunct Professor at Elmhurst University, teaching consumer behavior. Seyler earned her Master in Business Administration in Market Research from Elmhurst University, Strategic Marketing Certificate from Northwestern University, her Master of Science in Nutrition and Registered Dietitian credentials from the University of Illinois, her Bachelor of Arts in biology from Augustana College, and her Personal Training credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
